Colours, nature, happiness, real world moments.
What’s your first memory of dogs being in your life?
My grandmother always had boxers that she named after Swedish kings. They were my safest guardians and best friends during my childhood and she treated us all equally. If I had Ice Cream the dogs got Ice cream, if they got a slice of Kiwi, I got a slice of Kiwi.
Tell us about Simon and how he came into your life?
Simon is now 6 months old. He is a sock thief and knows how to make a good life for himself. He is a bit clumsy but at the same time gentle. He loves popcorn and don’t say no to bananas for breakfast. We actually travelled from Sweden to Switzerland to pick him up. He is so special to me.
How does having a dog fit into your general working day?
He is the best Mood Manager I can dream of. Always making me laugh when I am stressed and reminds me to keep both feet on the ground.
When you’re not working where do you like to head out with the dog?
We live on an Island in the Swedish Archipelago and take long walks on the cliffs. Sometimes we go to a wonderful dog park on the mainland to play with some dog friends.
What essentials do you always have on you when heading out for a dog walk?
A tennis-ball and some treats.
What adventures do you have planned with Simon for later this year?
If Europe opens up after quarantine, we plan to go to Switzerland and France to visit our family there.
