Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of purchase. Personalised collars are non refundable so please check our size guide before ordering or send us an email if you have any questions. Sale items are non refundable. Items brought during our sale week 29th April - 8th May 2023 can only be exchanged. Read more details about our returns policy.
