Our production is always small: once our leather has been expertly cut in London, each item is carefully handmade in the Kintails studio in Cornwall, reducing overproduction while offering our customers a level of exclusivity on our products. All our orders are sent in plastic-free home-recyclable mailing bags using a carbon neutral courier.

In a gentle counter to throw-away culture, we encourage our customers to return their dog's outgrown Kintails collars and leads in exchange for gift vouchers. As part of our repair and renew scheme, the old hardware will be upcycled for future 'renewal' collections, giving life to used materials.
